Overview
Metera helps users save and reuse AI workflow context. During beta, Metera is designed around explicit user action: the browser extension composes, inserts, captures, and saves only when the user clicks the relevant control.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use Metera, we may process:
- account email and workspace membership information;
- API requests routed through the Metera control plane;
- workflow names, captures, summaries, context packs, and related metadata you choose to save;
- cache outcome, policy, usage, cost, and diagnostic metadata;
- browser extension settings, local permissions, and local capture previews stored in your browser.
Browser Extension Data
The Metera Browser Bridge does not silently scrape provider pages and does not auto-submit prompts. Captured text is staged locally for review and is sent to Metera only after an explicit save action.
How We Use Information
- to provide workflow memory and prompt composition;
- to operate exact, semantic, and shadow cache features;
- to enforce policy, namespace, tenant, and workspace boundaries;
- to provide savings, usage, and operational visibility;
- to debug, secure, and improve the beta product.
Retention And Deletion
Browser-local capture previews can be cleared by the user. Saved workflow content is retained in Metera until deleted or until a beta retention process removes it. During beta, contact support for deletion requests.
